ACTING for Private clients, Whitehorse Estates Ltd secured the purchase of a former 9 letting room hotel for development into student accommodation.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of the large Victorian building and creation of a new lower ground floor access to form 1 x 2-bedroom self contained apartment, 4 x 1-bed apartments and 5 x studio units.
