ACQUISITION of prime retail unit and refurbishment of upper levels to form executive apartments. The burnt out first and second floors had lain vacant and inaccessible for over 10 years. Value was created by forming a new access from Bedford Street via an elegant roof top walkway. This allowed the upper floors to be restored keeping many of the original Regency Features. The result was the creation of light and spacious accommodation right in the middle of the town.
